BuzzBallz, sometimes called buzz ball, are not one recipe. Each flavor has its own base, and the label says which. Most are vodka. Others use rum, tequila, agave spirits, or wine.

It depends on the flavor. Of the 59 BuzzBallz labels in the federal registry, 33 are vodka-based, 7 rum-based, 7 tequila-based, 2 agave spirits, and 10 wine-based.
Is BuzzBallz real liquor?
Most flavors are. The 49 spirit-based labels list vodka, rum, tequila, or agave spirits. The 10 wine-based flavors list orange wine or agave wine instead.
Is there tequila in BuzzBallz?

Almost every label states 15% ABV (30 proof), whatever the base. A 200 ml can is about 1.7 standard drinks.
